Return & Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the products delivered due to damaged product or wrong product, we will replace the product. Provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Customer must should have a unpacking video in case of replacement/refund after delivery.

 Cancellation Policy

We have no cancellation policy.

Once an order successfully placed can not be cancelled , however can be requested for replace if the product is damaged product or wrong product.

Refund Policy

In case any client received damaged  products or wrong products we can provide a replacement. We usually process the replace within 5-7  business days after receiving the old product. 

 However, in the case of any manufacturing defect/printing defect exchange can be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To exchange send back the parcel including bill to our registered office address – Block : 2, Stall No : 27, Surya Sen Street, College Square, Kolkata – 700012 via Indian post Registered Parcel ONLY within 7 days of receiving parcel. Please inform us the tracking id of the parcel you are sending back to us. We will resend you a new copy after getting back the damage product.
